Breakfast: Toast & Eggs or Oatmeal
- Omelet with lots of veggies – Mushrooms, Green Pepper, Onion, Spinach quickly diced up
- Saute Veggies and then cook up egg. Sprinkle with an ounce of cheese if you like. Add some chopped deli meat or breakfast sausage if you like.
- If you make oatmeal, chop some fresh fruit (apple, banana or pear) & add some chopped walnuts.
Lunch: Tasty Sandwich
- Ideally use a special bread, baguette or roll to make it a special sandwich.
- Make sure you add lettuce, tomato or whatever other veggies you have available.
- Make sure you add a side of crunchy veggies
- Make sure you add a piece of fruit as a sweet.
Dinner: Taco Tuesday or Tasty Tuesday (Family Favorites)
